[目的]探讨儿童发热性疾病的发病机制及临床特点。[方法]选择2009年1月~2010年10月在我院住院的120例儿科发热性疾病患者为患儿组,选择100例健康体检儿童为正常组。采用半定量固相免疫测定法检测血清中的降钙素原,全自动血细胞分析仪分析血液中中性粒细胞的VCS参数,记录中性粒细胞体积分布宽度(NDW)、中性粒细胞体积平均值(MNV)、中性粒细胞电导平均值(MNC),并进行中性粒细胞VCS参数与降钙素原的相关性分析。[结果]与正常组比较,患儿组降钙素原、中性粒细胞体积分布宽度(NDW)、中性粒细胞体积平均值(MNV)、中性粒细胞电导平均值(MNC)均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。中性粒细胞VCS各参数与降钙素原相关性分析成正相关,特异性和敏感度相近。[结论]依据临床资料和实验室检查可以明确大多数儿科患者发热的病因,降钙素原和中性粒细胞VCS参数可用于儿童发热性疾病的诊断。
[Objective] To explore the pathogenesis and clinical features of children’s febrile diseases. [Methods] From January 2009 to October 2010, 120 children with pediatric fever were hospitalized in our hospital. 100 healthy children were selected as normal group. Serum procalcitonin was detected by semi-quantitative solid-phase immunoassay. VCS parameters of blood neutrophils were analyzed by automatic hematology analyzer. Neutrophil volume distribution width (NDW), neutrophil volume Mean (MNV) and mean neutrophil conductance (MNC), and the correlation between neutrophil VCS parameters and procalcitonin was analyzed. [Results] Compared with the normal group, procalcitonin, neutrophil volume distribution width (NDW), neutrophil volume average (MNV), and mean neutrophil conductance (MNC) Increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Neutrophil VCS parameters and procalcitonin correlation analysis of a positive correlation, specificity and sensitivity are similar. [Conclusion] Based on the clinical data and laboratory tests, the causes of fever in most pediatric patients can be clearly identified. The parameters of procalcitonin and neutrophil VCS can be used to diagnose fever in children.
