重度经口有机磷农药中毒病人洗胃不及时或洗胃不彻底,造成毒物在消化道内长时间残留,并不断被吸收入血引起病情的加剧、反跳以及中间综合征等,严重威胁着病人的生命。我们于2001年～2003年采用早期持续胃肠负压吸引(包括胆汁引流)配合治疗病人60例,取得了一定的临床效果。
Severe oral organophosphate pesticide poisoning in patients with gastric lavage is not timely or gastric lavage is not complete, resulting in long-term retention of poisons in the digestive tract, and continue to be absorbed into the blood caused by aggravating the condition, rebound and intermediate syndrome, a serious threat to the patient s life. In 2001-2003 we used early sustained gastrointestinal vacuum suction (including bile drainage) with the treatment of 60 patients, and achieved some clinical results.
