目的分析GEM3000血气分析仪与AFT-300电解质分析仪检测血钾、血钠的结果差异及其原因。方法采集ICU的60例患者的抗凝动脉血和非抗凝静脉血分别用GEM3000血气分析仪与AFT-300电解质分析仪检测血钾、血钠水平。结果两种仪器检测的血钾结果有统计学差异(P<0.05),而血钠结果无统计学差异;两种仪器检测的血钾、血钠结果间呈显著正相关性(血钾相关系数r=0.949、血钠相关系数r=0.965,P均<0.01)。结论两种仪器检测的血钾结果不能互相代替,而检测的血钠结果可以互相代替;GEM3000血气分析仪检测的血钾结果可参考使用。
Objective To analyze the differences between the GEM3000 blood gas analyzer and the AFT-300 electrolyte analyzer in detecting serum potassium and serum sodium and their causes. Methods Anticoagulation and non-anticoagulation venous blood samples from 60 patients in ICU were collected for detection of serum potassium and serum sodium by GEM3000 blood gas analyzer and AFT-300 electrolyte analyzer respectively. Results There was a statistically significant difference in serum potassium between the two instruments (P <0.05), but no significant difference in serum sodium between the two instruments. There was a significant positive correlation between serum potassium and serum sodium (serum potassium correlation coefficient r = 0.949, serum sodium correlation coefficient r = 0.965, P <0.01). Conclusion The results of serum potassium test by two kinds of instruments can not be replaced by each other, but the serum sodium test results can be replaced by each other. The serum potassium test results by GEM3000 blood gas analyzer can be used for reference.
