2012年5月、7月、9月采取现场调查和采样监测的方法对七里海湿地浮游生物种类、密度和生物量变化动态以及多样性进行了研究。结果表明:该湿地共有浮游植物6门44种,其中蓝藻门11种,绿藻门18种,硅藻门8种,裸藻门4种,甲藻门1种,隐藻门2种。浮游动物13属22种,其中桡足类4属4种,枝角类2属2种,轮虫7属16种。浮游植物的密度和生物量表现为9月>7月>5月,而浮游动物的密度和生物量表现为5月>9月>7月。5月、7月、9月湿地浮游植物种类均较丰富;5月湿地浮游动物种类贫乏,7月、9月浮游动物种类一般。这一结果可能与湿地水质污染导致水体富营养化现象有关,水体富营养化程度也表现为5月>7月>9月。
In May, July and September in 2012, on-the-spot investigation and sampling monitoring were used to study the dynamics and diversity of the species, density and biomass of plankton in the Qilihai wetland. The results showed that there were 6 phylum of 44 species, including 11 species of Cyanophyta, 18 species of Chlorophyta, 8 species of Bacillariophyta, 4 species of Euglenophyta, 1 species of Porphyridium and 2 species of Cryptophyta. There are 13 species of zooplankton in 22 species, including 4 species of 4 genera of copepods, 2 species of 2 genera and 2 species of 7 genera of rotifer. The density and biomass of phytoplankton ranged from September> July> May, while the density and biomass of zooplankton ranged from May> September> July. In May, July and September wetland species of phytoplankton were abundant; in May, the species of zooplankton in the wetland was scarce, and the species of zooplankton in July and September were generally moderate. This result may be related to water eutrophication caused by water pollution in wetlands. The degree of eutrophication of water bodies is also shown as May> July> September.
