全省根据地质构造、地貌、地下水特征及水文、气象等综合因素,基本上可分为三个水文地质单元。即辽东山地丘陵区,辽西山地丘陵区和中部平原区。由基岩组成的山地丘陵区占全省面积的百分之八十。山区地下水是平原区地下水补给来源之一,特别是在调节地表径流的作用方面是显而易见的,尤其在考虑地表水与地下水统一评价及综合利用的问题上,基岩山区地下水更是必须研究的课题。

Liaodong mountainous hilly area, western Liaoning hilly area and central plain area. The mountainous hilly area, which consists of bedrock, accounts for 80% of the province’s area. Groundwater in mountainous areas is one of the sources of groundwater recharge in the plain area, especially in the regulation of surface runoff. Especially considering the unified evaluation and comprehensive utilization of surface water and groundwater, groundwater in bedrock mountainous areas is a subject that must be studied .
