由于长期使用化学农药杀虫剂,致使棉铃虫产生较高的抗药性,用药量成倍增加,防治效果逐年下降,一般番茄减产20%~30%,严重的减产50%以上;并杀伤天敌,污染环境及农产品,影响我市的番茄生产和加工出口。1994年我站引进北京农大微生物发酵实验厂生产的l.8%爱福丁(BA一1)抗生素杀虫剂进行田间试验和示范,防治效要达到98%以上,保果率达到99.1%,番茄增产54.4%。试验示范结果证明,爱福丁(BA一1)乳油喷雾防治棉铃虫,对孵化的出壳期幼虫或初出壳的幼虫有较高的杀伤作用,对防治
