患者，女，64岁。因右眼流泪、流血伴头痛3年，加重2个月，于1996年7月20B拟诊为右眼泪囊部增生物，病因持查入院。3年前右眼流泪伴流血性分泌物，并逐渐加重．无泪道深通史。全身检查未见异常，眼部检查：双眼视力1．0，眼球正常。右眼泪小点位置正常，可见血性液体自泪点缓缓
Patient, female, 64 years old. Tears due to the right eye, bleeding with headache for 3 years, increased 2 months, in July 1996 20B was diagnosed with right eye lacrimal sac by accretions, admitted to hospital with the cause. 3 years ago with tears of the right eye with bloody discharge, and gradually increased. No lacrimal duct deep history. No abnormalities in the whole body examination, eye examination: binocular vision 1.0, normal eyeballs. Right tears dot normal position, showing bloody fluid slowly from the punctum
