外伤致翼腭窝较大异物存留比较少见,笔者曾遇翼腭窝塑料笔套存留误诊46天1例,报告如下: 患者,男,15岁,学生。发现左侧颞颌关节前方一包块月余,于1985年1月10日入院。46天前与一同学打闹,被对方用圆珠笔戳伤左侧面部,当时突觉局部锐痛、麻木感,并放射致同侧牙齿,张口和咀嚼受限,擦试伤口仅见少许血迹。即入当地卫生院就诊,经对症治疗,数天后伤口愈合,半月后咀嚼功能恢复正常、张口受限好转。约在伤后第12天发现左侧面部外伤处逐渐肿大,但无红痛,持续月余不消。后又几次在当地诊治无效,并被疑为“骨性肿瘤”。 Trauma to the pterygopalatine fossa larger foreign body retention is relatively rare, I had encountered pterygopalatine fossa pens set misdiagnosed 46 days in 1 case, the report is as follows: Patients, male, 15 years old, students.
