目的 :研究蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )、 6 -酮 -前列环素 F1 α(6 -酮 )和脑血流速度的关系。方法 :用放免法测定 5 2例 SAH病人的血浆 TXB2 、 6 -酮的含量 ,观察这两种物质与正常对照组 ,正常对照组与出血 1~ 3d、 4~ 5d、 6~ 12 d各组 6 -酮的变化 ,以及与经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)检测结果之间的关系。结果 :SAH后 TXB2 、 6 -酮含量与正常对照组 ,正常对照组与出血 1~ 3d、 4~ 5 d组的 6 -酮含量有显著差异 ,脑平均血流速度在 SAH后 4~ 5 d增快明显。结论 :SAH后血浆 TXB2 、 6 -酮含量发生变化 ,SAH后脑血管痉挛与 TXB2 、 6 -酮的变化有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between thromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6 - keto - prostacyclin F1 α (6 - keto) and cerebral blood flow velocity after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: The levels of plasma TXB2 and 6 - ketones in 52 SAH patients were determined by radioimmunoassay. The levels of TXB2 and 6 - ketones in SAH patients were observed. The levels of TXB2 and 6 - ketones in SAH patients were compared with those in normal control group, normal control group and hemorrhages 1 ~ 3d, 4 ~ 5d and 6 ~ 12d 6 - ketones and their relationship with transcranial Doppler echocardiography (TCD). Results: The contents of TXB2 and 6 - ketones in SAH group were significantly different from those in normal control group, normal control group and 1 ~ 3d, 4 ~ 5 d groups after hemorrhage. The average cerebral blood flow velocity was 4 ~ 5 d after SAH Increase significantly. Conclusion: The levels of TXB2 and 6 - ketones in plasma change after SAH, and the changes of TXB2 and 6 - ketones after SAH are related to cerebral vasospasm.
