采用抗人T淋巴细胞CDMcAb系列次碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫组化法测定53例恶性肿瘤病人和健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群,结果表明:CD_2(T细胞总数)、CD_4(T_H)及CD_4/CD_8比值均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),CD_8(Ts)明显高于正常值(P<0.001).说明T细胞亚群紊乱和机体免疫功能减低在肿瘤病因发病中具有重要作用。上述检测结果手术前后比较无明显差异(P<0.20),其原因可能与手术、创伤、麻醉、术后采血时间、癌瘤临床分期、组织类型等因素有关。
Anti-human T-lymphocyte CDMcAb series subalkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) immunohistochemical method was used to detect peripheral blood T-lymphocytes and their subpopulations in 53 patients with malignant tumors and healthy adults. The results showed that: CD_2 ( The total number of T cells, CD_4(T_H) and CD_4/CD_8 ratio were significantly lower than the normal control group (P<0.001), CD_8(Ts) was significantly higher than the normal value (P<0.001). It shows that the disorder of T cell subsets and the decrease of immune function play an important role in the pathogenesis of tumor. There was no significant difference between the above-mentioned results before and after surgery (P<0.20), which may be due to factors such as surgery, trauma, anesthesia, postoperative blood collection time, clinical stage of cancer, and tissue type.
