为探索建立符合时代特色和与高职人才培养模式相适应的考核模式,我院自2010年开始实行“形成性”考核模式对学生进行考核,注重学生平时学习过程的考核,有效的解决了学生学习基础差、学习效率不高等问题,但也存在着一些问题。本文从现行酒店管理专业课程考核模式需要创新的原因出发,探索了酒店管理专业课程考核改革的指导思想,并提出了一些关于酒店管理专业课程考核模式创新的建议。
In order to explore the establishment of an assessment model that is in line with the characteristics of the times and with the mode of cultivating talents in higher vocational education, our hospital has been implementing the “formative” assessment model since 2010 to assess the students, pay attention to the assessment of students’ normal learning process and effectively solve the problems The basis of poor students learning, learning efficiency is not high, but there are also some problems. In this paper, the current hotel management professional curriculum assessment mode needs to be innovative reasons, explored the hotel management professional curriculum reform of the guiding ideology, and proposed some hotel management professional curriculum assessment model innovation recommendations.
