为了模拟气帘的充气展开过程,采用LS-DYNA软件建立了某汽车气帘基于流固耦合ALE算法的仿真模型,给出了主要参数的设置及耦合实现方法。通过静态起爆试验和落锤试验对仿真模型进行了验证。结果表明:气帘是在充气口位置先展开,然后逐步充满整个气帘,气帘展开的形状与静态起爆试验结果基本一致;落锤加速度试验峰值与仿真峰值误差约为9%,证明了所建立的ALE模型可以用来有效模拟气帘的展开过程。
In order to simulate the process of air curtain inflating and unfolding, a simulation model based on fluid-solid coupling ALE algorithm was established by using LS-DYNA software, and the setting of main parameters and the coupling method were given. The simulation model was verified by static detonation test and drop-weight test. The results show that the air curtain expands first at the inflation port and then gradually fills the entire air curtain. The shape of the air curtain unfolded is basically the same as that of the static detonation test. The peak error of the drop acceleration test is about 9%, which proves that the established ALE The model can be used to effectively simulate the air curtain deployment process.
