青少年学生正处在长知识、长身体的时期,为了使他们在德育、智育、体育几方面都得到健全的发展,需要进行许多复杂细微的工作;而全面科学地安排教学,劳动和生活,则是各项工作顺利进行的重要保证。安排合理与否,对党的教育方针政策能否全面贯彻执行,教学改革“四个适当”的要求能否全面实现,都将产生直接的影响,同时也关系到学校良好的秩序能否建立,全面发展与因材施教相结合的原则能否很好地贯彻。因此,对学校工作的全面安排并不是一个技术性的问题,而是一项正确贯彻党的方针政策、全面提高教育质量的有力措施。基于以上认识,我们对学校教学、劳动和生活的安排,进行了一系列的工作,并把它列为学校工作计划的一个重要组成部分,既有学年、学期的安排,又有按月、按周的安排。在师生中初步形成了“个个订计划、人人讲安排”的良好风气。

Based on the above understanding, we have carried out a series of work on the arrangement of school teaching, labor and life, and listed it as an important part of the school work plan. There are both academic year and semester arrangements, as well as monthly and Weekly arrangements. The teachers and students have initially formed a good atmosphere of “scheduling plans for everybody and everyone”.
