[目的]探讨FAS基因与卵巢癌细胞凋亡的关系。[方法]应用免疫级化技术检测FAS蛋白,应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测卵巢癌细胞凋亡。[结果]卵巢癌组织FAS蛋白阳性率为45.45%,细胞凋亡阳性率为75.00%。表达FAS蛋白的细胞与凋亡细胞分布区域基本一致。[结论]FAS基因通过调控细胞凋亡而参与卵巢癌的发生与发展。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between FAS gene and ovarian cancer cell apoptosis. [Methods] FAS protein was detected by immunohistochemical technique. Apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells was detected by TUNEL. [Results] The positive rate of FAS protein in ovarian cancer was 45.45%, the positive rate of apoptosis was 75.00%. FAS protein-expressing cells and apoptotic cells are basically the same distribution area. [Conclusion] FAS gene is involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer by regulating apoptosis.
