针对目前市场上显色生物芯片检测设备存在的信号采集时间长、通量低、信噪比差、智能程度较低等问题,开发了一种高通量(1次检测8片)快速检测设备。该设备由硬件系统和软件系统两部分构成,采用基于i.MX6嵌入式操作系统,以电荷耦合元件(CCD)成像方式读取生物芯片上微阵列检测图像,通过芯片条码由软件自动完成微阵列图像处理以及数据分析和结果输出。本系统对标准灰度片以及标准格式芯片测量显示,光学测量误差小于0.1%,检测信号线性R2为98.7%,重复性CV值为1.096 1%。对200例临床检测芯片的对比研究结果显示,检测性能优于同类型已上市识读仪。
