2010年,事业单位将全面实行绩效工资制。绩效工资制可以提高工作绩效,若使它能更好发挥作用,事业单位必须能有效地对员工工作绩效进行评价,包括制定明确的工作绩效评价标准,确定合适的评价者等,以形成合理的工资决定机制,促进事业单位内部人员的有效竞争,激发人员潜力。
