超声心动图应变和应变率成像是一种评估心肌功能的新技术。源于组织多普勒和二维斑点跟踪的应变和应变率对及早发现心肌功能障碍具有很高的敏感性,可应用于评价冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者左心房的局部功能。应变率成像能够在左心室舒张功能尚无明显改变的情况下,早期发现慢性心力衰竭患者左心房局部功能的异常。现对左心房的功能及其评价价值,应变和应变率的基本概念、成像特点、对左心房功能的评价以及其存在的局限性和发展前景进行简要阐述。
Echocardiographic strain and strain rate imaging is a new technique for assessing cardiac function. Strain and strain rates derived from tissue Doppler and two-dimensional speckle tracking are highly sensitive to the early detection of myocardial dysfunction and can be used to assess the local function of the left atrium in patients with CHD with chronic heart failure. Strain rate imaging can detect abnormalities of left atrial function in patients with chronic heart failure in the absence of significant changes in left ventricular diastolic function. Now the left atrial function and its value, the basic concept of strain and strain rate, imaging features, evaluation of left atrial function, as well as its limitations and prospects for development are briefly described.
