总结国内外天然气管道的增输技术,常用的增输技术包括:大口径高压力输送、增加压气站、降低出站温度、管内壁内涂层、天然气减阻剂、利用压气站备用功率。为了提高天然气管道管输效率,结合西二线西段的运行现状,研究西二线西段采用不同增输技术的可行性和经济性。研究表明:当增输量超过40%以上时,应选择增加压气站数量或增加副管增输。当需满足不同季节或短期小幅度增输需求时,可采用提高压力、提高运行压力、添加天然气减阻剂和降低出站温度等措施。
Summarize the technologies of natural gas pipeline transportation at home and abroad. The commonly used technologies include: large diameter and high pressure delivery, increase of gas station, decrease of outlet temperature, inner coating of pipe wall and natural gas drag reducer, and utilization of backup power of compressor station. In order to improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation in natural gas pipeline, the feasibility and economy of adopting different technologies for increasing transportation in the west section of West Second Line are studied in combination with the operation status of the west section of West Second Line. The research shows that when the volume of transportation exceeds 40%, the number of stations should be increased or the number of auxiliary pipes should be increased. When the need to meet the different seasons or short-term increase demand for small increases, can be used to increase pressure, increase operating pressure, add natural gas drag reducing agent and reduce outbound temperature and other measures.
