萝卜干是我们这儿远近闻名的地方特产。它的外皮呈淡淡的红色,吃起来脆脆的、酸酸的、甜甜的,美味爽口,十分诱人。星期六早上,天气晴朗,我央求奶奶给我做萝卜干。我俩来到菜市场,奶奶左看看、右挑挑,终于在一个老爷爷的菜摊上买到了两个称心如意的大萝卜。做萝卜干,首先要洗萝卜,所以,一回到家奶奶就直忙乎。她洗净萝卜,便用去皮刀小心翼翼地削萝卜的皮。奶奶先将刀卡在萝卜的顶端,然后用力向下推,不大会儿萝卜
