目的:研究全反式维甲酸(RA)对克隆化人肺癌高转移细胞亚系(PGCL3)恶性表型的影响。方法:在体外用5μmol/L和10μmol/LRA处理PGCL3细胞5d后,观察其对肿瘤生长、粘附、运动、侵袭能力和裸鼠体内实验性转移的影响。结果:上述肿瘤恶性表型指标均受到不同程度的抑制,其抑制作用在RA高浓度组更加明显。结论:RA可抑制高转移癌系的恶性表型,为RA治疗恶性肿瘤,特别是转移性恶性肿瘤提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of all-trans retinoic acid (RA) on the malignant phenotype of human lung cancer high metastatic cell subsets (PGCL3). METHODS: PGCL3 cells were treated with 5 μmol/L and 10 μmol/LRA in vitro for 5 days, and their effects on tumor growth, adhesion, movement, invasion and experimental metastasis in nude mice were observed. Results: The malignant phenotypes of these tumors were all inhibited to varying degrees, and their inhibitory effects were more pronounced in the high concentration group of RA. Conclusion: RA can inhibit the malignant phenotypes of highly metastatic cancers and provide experimental basis for RA treatment of malignant tumors, especially metastatic malignant tumors.
