National hydrological science and technology intelligence network in the unit under the auspices of the president, October 16, 1987 to October 20 in Xi’an held a network of work conference. The meeting reviewed various tasks of providing hydrological and scientific and technological information for the development of hydropower and water resources science and technology and national economy construction over the past 10 years; summarized the experience of doing a good job in hydrological and scientific and technological information; commended a batch of advanced network members and activists . The participants said that Minister Qian Zhengying is the inscription for the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the network: “doing a better job of hydrological information and serving the modernization of hydrology”
