介绍了以四氢呋喃和水为流动相,使用以Kromasil C18为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在240nm对试样中的喹禾灵、三氟羧草醚、异噁草松进行高效液相色谱分离和定量分析的方法。结果表明,喹禾灵、三氟羧草醚、异噁草松的线性相关系数分别为0.9994、0.9991、0.9992,标准偏差分别为0.008、0.018、0.031,变异系数分别为0.54%、0.18%、0.66%,回收率在98.0%~100.9%之间。
