物业管理是市场经济发展的产物。80年代初深圳试行土地管理体制改革鼓励外商参与土地开发和房地产建设于是便产生了涉外商品房。我市借鉴香港的物业管理经验成立了物业管理专业公司。后来随着改革的深入和房地产业的迅速发展物业管理异军突起，形成了一个新兴行业。 Property management is the product of market economy. In the early 1980s, Shenzhen experimented with the reform of the land management system and encouraged foreign investors to participate in land development and real estate construction. As a result, foreign-related commercial buildings were produced. The city draws on the experience of property management in Hong Kong  set up a property management company. Later, with the deepening of the reform and the rapid development of the real estate industry, property management emerged suddenly and formed an emerging industry.
