目的研究白附子的化学成分。方法采用溶剂提取和多种色谱方法分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从醋酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚部位分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别为松柏苷(1)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(2)、松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、松脂素(4)、新橄榄脂素(5)、落叶松脂醇(6)、乙基松柏苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、天师酸(9)、棕榈酸(10)、桂皮酸(11)、胡萝卜苷(12)、尿苷(13)、腺苷(14)、单癸酸甘油酯(15)、3-单十八烯酸甘油酯(16)。结论6个木脂素化合物(1、3~7)均为首次从天南星科植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of white monkshood. Methods Solvent extraction and chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate, n-butanol and petroleum ether, which were coniferin (1), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (2) Glucoside (3), psoralen (4), neolignan (5), decanoyl alcohol (6), ethyl coniferin (7) 9, palmitic acid 10, cinnamic acid 11, daucosteride 12, uridine 13, adenosine 14, glycerol monocaprate 15, Ester (16). Conclusion Six lignan compounds (1, 3 ~ 7) were obtained from Araceae for the first time.
