目前对小儿肺炎时期水、电介质及酸硷的改变已逐渐引起重视,伹对麻疹肺炎时之改变尚少报导。肺炎对婴幼儿之严重危胁,若再加麻疹,则长期发烧、消化紊乱、饮食减少及民间往往有借过度保温以透疹之习俗,每致大汗淋漓,造成脱水等,均进一步促使小儿机体水、电及酸硷平衡的紊乱,且加重了麻疹肺炎的临床表现。为探索麻疹肺炎时期水、电及酸硷紊乱的情况,愿就临床观察所得,介绍如下:
