门诊诊断与出院诊断符合率和门诊待诊率是反映门诊工作质量的两项重要指标,近几年通过对比分析,与相关科室的沟通,院病案统计结果显示门诊诊断符合率未能达标(93.4％达标值≥95％),而门诊待诊人次大幅度增加,门诊待诊率严重超标(为7.61％,达标值为≤4％,超标90.25％)由于门诊待诊人次的增加,影响了门诊诊断与出院诊断符合率。为进一步查找原因,特分析报告如下:
