目的以时间压缩策略为导向,探索社区卫生服务中心适用的自动发药系统,并评价该系统的实施效果。方法收集2012年8月1—23日三林社区卫生服务中心的处方信息,根据社区卫生服务中心门诊药房服务量及处方特点配置自动发药系统及工作人员,并对自动发药系统实施前后的工作效率及居民满意度进行效果评价。结果该社区卫生服务中心设立了1台快速发药系统,1台智能存取系统,2个发纯盒药窗口,1个混装处方窗口,1个咨询窗口,配备7~10名工作人员。自动发药系统实施后,日均处理处方量由实施前的1 040张上升至实施后的6 810张,高峰期每小时处理处方量由实施前的304张上升至实施后的700张,平均每张处方处理时间由实施前的60 s缩短至实施后的20 s;自动发药系统实施后,居民对药房服务的满意率由实施前的85.20%(852/1 000)上升至实施后的96.00%(960/1 000)。结论根据社区实践特点配置的自动发药系统有效地提升了社区卫生服务中心的药房服务水平,为社区卫生服务中心进一步提升服务效率,优化服务流程奠定了基础。
The purpose of this study was to explore the application of automatic drug delivery system in community health service centers by means of time compression strategy and to evaluate the implementation effect of the system. Methods The prescription information of Sanlin Community Health Service Center collected from August 1 to 23, 2012 was collected. The automatic delivery system and staff members were arranged according to the service volume and prescription characteristics of outpatient pharmacy in community health centers. Before and after the implementation of the automatic delivery system Work efficiency and residents satisfaction evaluation. Results The community health service center set up a rapid delivery system, an intelligent access system, two pure drug boxes window, a mixed prescription window, an advisory window with 7 to 10 staff members. After the implementation of the automatic dispensing system, the daily prescription volume increased from 1 040 before implementation to 6 810 after the implementation, and the hourly handling of prescriptions increased from 304 before implementation to 700 after implementation, with an average of The processing time per prescription was shortened from 60 s before implementation to 20 s after implementation; after the implementation of the automatic dispensing system, the rate of residents’ satisfaction with pharmacy services increased from 85.20% (852/1000) before implementation to 96.00% (960/1 000). Conclusion The automatic dispensing system based on the characteristics of community practice has effectively improved the service level of community health service centers and laid the foundation for community health service centers to further enhance service efficiency and optimize service flow.
