目的本研究旨在研究TYR、TYRP1基因在黑线仓鼠与白化突变系皮肤组织中的表达情况,探索其与白化毛色性状的产生是否具有相关性。方法以黑线仓鼠和白化突变系皮肤组织为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,分别得到黑线仓鼠与白化突变系TYR和TYRP1基因的相对表达量。结果黑线仓鼠皮肤中的TYR和TYRP1基因的mRNA相对表达量分别是白化突变系皮肤组织中的2.5倍和5.3倍。结论表明黑线仓鼠皮肤中TYR、TYRP1的基因表达水平存在表达差异,白化突变系TYR、TYRP1基因发生表达下调,揭示出了TYR、TYRP1基因的表达量与白化突变系白化性状的产生有关。
Objective This study was designed to investigate the expression of TYR and TYRP1 in skin of black hamster and albino mutant lines and to explore whether they are related to the development of bleaching coat color. Methods The skin tissues of black hamster and albino mutant lines were used as research objects. The relative expression levels of TYR and TYRP1 gene in black line hamster and albino mutant lines were obtained by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The relative expression levels of TYR and TYRP1 mRNA in the skin of black hamster were 2.5 and 5.3 times that of albino mutant skin respectively. The results showed that the expression levels of TYR and TYRP1 in the skin of black hamster were different, and the expression of TYR and TYRP1 was down-regulated in the albinism mutant. The expression of TYR and TYRP1 was related to the albino albino trait.
