In the combination of machine tools and other machine tool power head sliding sleeve work in the process of feeding, sometimes produce longitudinal friction self-vibration. In the feed mechanism of the lathe, such self-vibration may also occur if the stiffness of the feed gear is not high and the friction in the slide rail is relatively large. Vertical self-vibration will destroy the normal work of the machine feed mechanism, prompting the vibration generated, reducing the durability of the tool and the processing quality deterioration.
