采用钙铝混凝法对从磷资源生产过程富集的高氟碘吸收液中脱氟除砷去杂的机理进行了探讨。通过设计正交实验,找出了除氟的最佳工艺参数。脱氟处理后的碘吸收液再氧化得到的精碘中氟的质量分数降低到1×10-3%以下,脱氟率基本达到99%,并对提取得到的粗碘脱氟除砷制备医药级纯碘的精制工艺进行了试验研究。
The mechanism of de-fluorination, arsenic removal and de-arsenization in high-fluorine iodine absorption liquid enriched from phosphorus resource production process was studied by calcium-aluminum coagulation method. Through the design of orthogonal experiment, we found the best technological parameters of fluoride removal. The fluorine content in refined iodine obtained after re-oxidation of defluoridated iodine absorption liquid is reduced to 1 × 10-3% or less, the defluorination rate is basically up to 99%, and the prepared crude iodine compound Grade pure iodine refining process were studied.
