我院神经外科自1994年至2000年共诊断肺栓塞(pulmonaryembolism,PE)病人19例,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料:PE病人19例,占同期6 022例住院病人的0.32％,占同期158例静脉栓塞病人的12.0％,单病种发病率见表1。男12例,女7例,年龄38-72岁,平均53岁。发病时间距入院接受治疗或手术5-144 d,平均13 d,其中14例在术后或病后5-10 d内发生PE。
Neurosurgery in our hospital from 1994 to 2000 were diagnosed pulmonary embolism (pulmonary embolism, PE) in 19 patients, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 19 cases of PE patients, accounting for 0.32% of 6 022 inpatients in the same period, accounting for 12.0% of 158 cases of intravenous embolism over the same period, the incidence of single disease in Table 1. There were 12 males and 7 females, aged 38-72 years, with an average age of 53 years. The onset time from admission to hospital for treatment or surgery 5-144 d, an average of 13 d, of which 14 cases occurred within 5-10 days after the disease or PE.
