对33例星形细胞瘤标本进行增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)抗体免疫组化标记。结果表明:PCNA阳性细胞数随肿瘤的恶性度增高而升高,各级星形细胞瘤的PCNA阳性细胞数除Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级之间无显著差异外(P>0.05),其余各级间都有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),而且Ⅰ、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级间有非常显著的差异。提示星形细胞瘤PCNA阳性细胞数与肿瘤的分级有密切的关系,PCNA表达水平能较客观地反映肿瘤的恶性程度,可作为临床评价星形细胞瘤生物学行为及病人预后的参考指标。
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody immunohistochemistry was performed on 33 astrocytoma specimens. The results showed that the number of PCNA-positive cells increased with the increased malignancy of the tumor. The number of PCNA-positive cells at all grades of astrocytomas was not significantly different between the levels I and II (P>0.05). There was a very significant difference among the grades (P<0.01), and there was a very significant difference between grades I and II and grades III and IV. It is suggested that the number of PCNA positive cells in astrocytoma is closely related to the grade of tumor. The expression level of PCNA can objectively reflect the degree of malignancy of the tumor. It can be used as a reference index for clinical evaluation of biological behavior of astrocytoma and prognosis of patients.
