为比较不同注墨部位对小鼠廓清速率有无影响 ,采用小鼠碳廓清实验法 ,测定了经小鼠内眦静脉丛和经尾静注入墨汁后的碳廓清指数。结果发现 ,相同测定条件下尾静脉注射法测得的吞噬指数虽低于内眦静脉法 ,但无显著差异 ;采样后即刻测得的吞噬指数虽高于采样后放置 2 4h ,但也无显著差异。结论 ,上述两种测定小鼠廓清速率的方法无显著性差异 ,且二法有很好的相关性。
In order to compare the effect of different injection sites on the clearance rate of mice, the carbon clearance index was determined by mouse carbon clearance test after the mice were injected with ink through the cava and the tail vein. The results showed that the phagocytic index measured by tail vein injection under the same measurement conditions was lower than that of the internal 眦 vein method, but there was no significant difference. The phagocytic index measured immediately after sampling was higher than that after sampling for 24 hours, but no significant difference difference. Conclusions: There is no significant difference between the above two methods for determining the clearance rate of mice, and the two methods have good correlation.
