提出定向、定技能、定岗位培养模式,以清远民族地区为切入点,研究民族地区职业教育发展状况。调查分析后发现清远民族地区职业教育存在职业教育重要性的认识不足,职业教育与当地经济发展不相适应,职业教育办学结构类型单一的问题。有针对性地对民族地区职业教育人才培养进行策略研究,提出产业经济发展对清远民族地区职业教育的诉求及存在问题对应的策略,并从建立人才信息交流平台,以制订定向培养教学计划;构建工学结合体系,以定技能培养模式为核心;实行预就业模式,以定岗位实习培养学生三个方面对清远民族地区定向、定技能、定岗位培养模式进行构建。
Proposed orientation, fixed skills, fixed-position training model to Qingyuan ethnic regions as a starting point to study the development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas. After investigation and analysis, we found that vocational education in Qingyuan is deficient in understanding the importance of vocational education, that vocational education does not fit the local economic development, and that there is a single type of school structure in vocational education. It also puts forward the tactics research on the vocational education talents cultivation in ethnic minority areas in a targeted manner, puts forward the industrial economic development’s appeal to the vocational education in Qingyuan ethnic minority areas and the corresponding problems, and from the establishment of talent information exchange platform to formulate the orientation to train the teaching plan. Work-study combination system, with fixed skill training model as its core; implement the pre-employment mode and set up post-training internships to build students’ orientation, fixed skills and fixed-position training models in ethnic minority areas in Qingyuan.
