电力电子电路PCB的布线在很大程度上决定了最终产品的好坏。本文主要分析了常用电力电子电路的PCB布线的几个关键技术,主要包括开关节点问题,PCB布线的宽度、厚度和电感的关系,关键走线如何处理,多层板的地以及散热等问题。
Power Electronics PCB layout largely determines the quality of the final product. This paper mainly analyzes several key technologies of PCB layout of common power electronic circuits, including the problem of switch node, the width of PCB layout, the relationship between thickness and inductance, how to deal with the key routing, the ground of multi-layer PCB and heat dissipation.
