分析了Si对新型空冷贝氏体钢CCT图的影响。采用人工神经网络对Si含量对新型空冷贝氏体钢CCT图的影响进行了定量分析。结果表明,Si提高奥氏体形成温度,促进高温转变,抑制贝氏体转变和马氏体转变。
The effect of Si on the CCT of new air-cooled bainitic steel was analyzed. The influence of Si content on CCT of new air-cooled bainitic steel was quantitatively analyzed by artificial neural network. The results show that Si increases austenite formation temperature, promotes high temperature transformation, suppresses bainite transformation and martensite transformation.
