目的:探讨饮酒对人体血液流变性的影响。方法选10名健康自愿者于上午8:00空腹抽静脉血进行血液流变学指标检测;于当日19:00吃饭时饮52°白酒150~180 mL,于次日8:00空腹再次抽静脉血进行血液流变学指标检测,2次血液流变学结果进行自身比较。结果饮酒后全血黏度(200 s-1、30 s-1、5 s-1、1 s-1)较饮酒前升高,红细胞刚性增强、变形能力下降,红细胞聚集指数增高。结论饮酒可使红细胞刚性增强,血液聚集性增强,全血黏度升高。“,”Objective To investigate the impact of heavy drinking on human blood rheology. Methods Hemorheological indexes were detected in 10 fasting healthy volunteers at 8:00 a.m. They drank 150mL to 180 mL of 52°liquor at 19:00 on the same day, and then hemorheological indexes were detected again at 8:00 a.m the next day. Two results of hemorheological indexes were compared. Result The next morning after drinking whole blood viscosity (200 s-1, 30 s-1, 5 s-1, 1 s-1) increased, erythrocyte rigidity enhanced, deformation capacity decreased and erythrocyte aggregation index increased compared with those before drinking. Conclusion Alcohol can enhance the rigidity of the red blood cells, increase blood aggregation and whole blood viscosity.
