上颌前突是颌面部较常见的畸形之一,常表现为上牙前突、深覆牙合或深覆盖、上唇短缩、开唇露齿状。上颌前突通常采用正畸改善牙齿的咬合关系。作者对2009年3月—2015年6月15例上颌前突畸形患者行外科正畸联合矫治,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下。
