众所周知,每日摄入食盐量过多,常会增加患高血压的风险,世界卫生组织(WHO)建议每人日均摄入食盐量(NaCl)在6克以下。当然,如能更低一些将对防治高血压更有利。一些专家建议应用低钠盐饮食。
It is well-known that excessive daily intake of salt often increases the risk of developing hypertension. The World Health Organization recommends daily intake of salt (NaCl) below 6 grams per person. Of course, if it is lower, it will be more beneficial for the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure. Some experts recommend the use of low-sodium diet.
