目的：探讨有效缓解晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤病人疼痛的方案。方法：选择８５例晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤病人完整资料进行分析。结果：采用单纯姑息治疗不能达到真正控制疼痛的目的。结论：阶梯止痛药物治疗方法才能真正缓解病人的痛苦，提高带瘤生存者的生存质量。
Objective: To explore a plan for effective relief of pain in patients with advanced head and neck cancer. Methods: Eighty-five patients with advanced head and neck malignancy were selected for analysis. RESULTS: The use of palliative care alone did not achieve true pain control. Conclusion: The step pain medication treatment can really alleviate the patient’s pain and improve the quality of life of the tumor survivors.
