一、熟悉动作程序我班有35个孩子,刚入园时,90%的孩子不能独立穿脱袜子;有的虽会穿,但动作缓慢,也穿得不整齐,还常搞错正面、反面。小班孩子思维直观形象,善于模仿,针对这一年龄特点,我在教孩子穿脱袜子时,先让他们熟悉动作程序:①分清袜子的正、反面;②袜子的后跟部位朝下;③两手捏住袜口左右两侧,从脚尖开始慢慢往里拉;④脱袜子时,则先用手捏住袜口,往脚后跟下滑至脚底,再用手捏住袜子的顶端往外拉。我利用游戏时间、洗脚前后等机会,让幼儿看老师示范,每天2~3遍。在他们初步熟悉了这些程序后,再动手练习。二、多种形式练习熟悉了动作程序后,孩子们心理上的畏难情绪消
