EAG1(ether-à-go-go-1)是电压依赖性钾离子通道家族成员。EAG1主要表达于脑组织中,在成肌细胞、睾丸、肾上腺及胎盘中有少量表达。近年来大量的研究提示EAG1选择性表达于多种组织来源的肿瘤中,而在相应的正常组织中未见表达,且与肿瘤的增生、恶化、侵袭、转移、复发、预后密切相关。这为肿瘤的诊断、预后评估和肿瘤的靶向治疗提供了一个新的特异性分子标志。
EAG1 (ether-a-go-go-1) is a member of the voltage-dependent potassium channel family. EAG1 is mainly expressed in brain tissue, with a small amount of expression in myoblasts, testes, adrenals and placentas. In recent years, a large number of studies suggest that EAG1 is selectively expressed in many tissue-derived tumors but not in the corresponding normal tissues. It is closely related to tumor proliferation, invasion, metastasis, recurrence and prognosis. This provides a new specific molecular marker for tumor diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and tumor targeted therapy.
