为研讨加味四逆散防治肝损伤的作用机理 ,通过动物试验 ,先用加味四逆散预防给药 ,再采用 D-氨基半乳糖 (D- Gal N)造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,然后检测大鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)水平 ,同步观察该方对急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及肝脏病理改变的影响 ,结果表明该方可明显升高大鼠血清 SOD、 GSH水平 ,降低 MDA水平 ,肝脏病理学检查亦表明该方使肝细胞变性坏死程度减轻。提示加味四逆散有抗脂质过氧化的作用 ,这正是该方防治肝损伤的主要机制之一。
In order to study the mechanism of Jiawei Sini San in preventing and treating liver damage, animal experiments were conducted to firstly prevent the administration of Jiawei Sini Powder and then use D-galactosamine (D-Gal) to induce acute liver injury in rats. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in serum of rats were simultaneously observed. The lipid peroxidation and liver pathological changes in rats with acute liver injury were observed simultaneously. The effects of the changes indicated that the serum levels of SOD and GSH in the rats were significantly increased and the level of MDA was reduced. The pathological examination of the liver also showed that the side reduced the degree of hepatic degeneration and necrosis. Tips Modified Sini Powder has the effect of anti-lipid peroxidation, which is one of the main mechanisms to prevent and treat liver damage.
