根据2000年4月12日生效的哈萨克斯坦共和国政府第520号决议,在商业名称注册登记中使用了“哈萨克斯坦”、“共和国”、“国家”等类似字眼的企业和商人要纳税。据初步估计,这项税收相当可观。今后,凡是在商业名称的注册登记中用到有崇高意义的字词,小型企业要纳50倍的、大中型企业要纳100倍的、经营商业的自然人要纳10倍的月工资预算指标的税。
According to Resolution No. 520 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which entered into force on April 12, 2000, businesses and businessmen using similar terms such as “Kazakhstan”, “Republic” and “State” in the business name registration are subject to tax. According to preliminary estimates, this tax is considerable. From now on, all those who use the words of lofty meanings in the registration of business names, those who are 50 times smaller for small businesses and 100 times more for large and medium-sized enterprises, and 10 times the monthly wage budget targets for business-run natural persons tax.
