目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)与游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)的关系。方法计算机检索随机选取60例2013-03/2014-03月期间在作者医院确诊的2型糖尿病患者为试验组,根据IMT试验组分为IMT增厚组(27例)和IMT正常组(33例),记录研究对象的IMT、FFA及相关指标,包括总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h blood sugar,2hBS)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)。结果对照组与试验组患者在TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、2hBS、FPG、IMT、FFA等指标上均有统计学差异(P<0.05);IMT增厚组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、2hBS、FPG、IMT、FFA等指标均高于IMT正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的血脂和血糖均为紊乱状态,且IMT增厚组较IMT正常组更为严重,颈动脉内膜中层厚度与FFA的检测对糖尿病的早期发现意义显著,值得临床关注。
Objective To study the relationship between carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and free fatty acid (FFA) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty patients with T2DM diagnosed in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected randomly as the experimental group. According to the IMT test, IMT thickening group (n = 27) and IMT normal group (n = 33) ), And recorded IMT, FFA and related indicators including total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose sugar, 2hBS), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Results The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, 2hBS, FPG, IMT and FFA in the control group and the test group were significantly different (P < HDL-C, LDL-C, 2hBS, FPG, IMT, FFA and other indicators were higher than normal IMT group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum lipids and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes are in disorder, and the IMT thickening group is more serious than the normal IMT group. The detection of carotid artery intima-media thickness and FFA is of great significance to the early detection of diabetes and deserves clinical attention.
