Assume that one day we live in a place where there is no smoke, and certainly no water, electricity, gas, etc. We can build a hut in which we do not have to ask nature for non-renewable resources and do not emit Contaminants, but at the same time still enjoy the most modern life today? Yes, scientists are working hard to this dream. On April 12th, Hong Kong’s first zero-carbon building “Zero Carbon World” project won the first place in the Engineering Innovation Award set by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. In China, this is another “zero carbon” building after the Shanghai World Expo Zero Carbon Museum.
