目的探究人性化护理措施对临床普外科护理管理质量的改善作用。方法随机选取我院2015年1月到2016年1月期间收治的普外科住院患者150例,将其随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=70),其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用人性化护理干预措施。对比分析两组患者的临床护理质量和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(95.00%)明显高于对照组(42.86%),且观察组患者护理管理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论人性化护理在临床普外科住院患者中具有较高的应用价值,能够提高护理管理质量,改善护理满意度,具有积极的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of humanized nursing measures on the quality of clinical general surgery nursing management. Methods A total of 150 general inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 80) and control group (n = 70), and the control group patients Conventional nursing interventions and observation group patients adopted humanized nursing interventions.
