现将我院1980～1986年收治的经坏死增生性淋巴结炎活检证实的成人组6例报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组6例,男3例,女3例。年龄18～26岁,平均21岁。发病前均有上呼吸道感染等病史。二、症状:6例均有颈、腋部淋巴结肿大和发热,4例全身表浅淋巴结肿大。发热为顽固性,抗生素无效。热程长且热度高,未见低热者。呈稽留热、弛张或不规则热,后期多呈间歇热或弛张热。4例有寒战。6例中有 Now our hospital from 1980 to 1986 admitted by the necrotizing lymphadenitis biopsy confirmed 6 cases of adult reported as follows.
