我们1993年9月~1994年1月应用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测287例不同年龄、性别、职业的脑血管疾病患者,现将结果报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 研究对象 随机选择我院门诊和住院的287例脑血管病患者为观察对象,年龄2~78岁.男209例,女78例;工人155例,农民19例,干部77例,学生4例,教师22例,居民10例.1.2 研究方法 现症检测,采用德国产TCD2000型经颅多普勒检测仪,按定位法检测,主要根据TCD超声学正常值诊断标准,凡超过正常范围则提示TCD异常,具有一定的病理意义.经颞窗探测ACA(大脑前动脉)、MCA(大脑中动脉)、PCA(大脑后动脉)及通过枕窗探测BA(基底动脉)和双侧VA(颅内椎动脉).其标准为;颞窗ACA均值为39~63cm/s,MCA48~82cm/s,PCA33~55cm/s,枕窗BA30~48cm/s,VA27~45cm/s.
