一、前言 活塞环质量的好坏,主要表现在气密性及使用寿命。这不仅与环的材质、表面镀层、冷热工艺有关,而且与活塞环的径向压力分布及由此而确定的自由形状有关。 活塞环的径向压力分布以及由不同径向压力分布所确定的活塞环自由形状的研究,在国外比较重视,但均作为本企业的专利而不公开。在国内活塞环各生产单位,虽已感到解决此问题的迫切性,但由于缺乏一些必要的验证条件。因此目前我国还没有一套比较完整的计算参数与计算资料,致使长期只能沿用苏联五十年代发表的单一数据,该数据在苏联六十年代所修订的“柴油机、煤气机活塞环技术条件”(ΓOCT T133—67)中已无规定。
